    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4606269"&gt;@Heyhannah&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You would appear to have the sky Broadband hub, as you say that 4 lights and the voice amber, now under normal operating conditions the HUB should not auto restart itself, ie all out and then start's the connection process, first thing to check is that the power PSU is connected direct on a socket, not on a extension block off any kind as those can have issues with poor connection pins etc!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that is not the case, then do report it to sky and see if a replacement sky Hub can be sent to you, and DO swap everything over, the PSU and the sky Hub, it is just not known which may be the issue!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can switch the hub off at the mains so you see the starting sequence from a restart, the lights normally start up in a sequence, just note them down as it happens, ie first on is the power, red then straight to green, next is etc etc!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having issues with my Wi-Fi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for some reason all of the lights on my router turned off and then they slowly come on however the last one which I believe is a phone stays orange.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all the Wi-Fi on all devices gets turned off and then doesn't work for about five minutes and then it will restart and start working and it happens about three times a day&lt;/P&gt;</description>
