I booked to move out of current property on the 9th Feb and move into new property on 10th Feb, the person booking my home move put me down to leave current place a week early on the 2nd, with no internet at new place until the 10th. Woken up this morning to no WiFi, had been passed pillar to post by the customer service people to find out its their fault and all they can do is offer an apology and 20 quid off my next bill. Absolutely fuming as need the wifi for the week ahead for work and have terrible unreliable data signal at home. Wondering if theres anything at all that can be done to get wifi to the home today?
