All my devices have dropped of the WIFI this morning. I have got no light on my Broadband router. The power cable is working fine as I can plug it into my phone and it charges. I have connected an ethernet cable from my Sky Glass TV directly to the router and the TV is now working fine. I'm just not able to connect any devices via WIFI? I have spoke to Sky who have agreed to replace the router. On the App its showing that the router if offline but I don't see any option to change this?
