&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then give this a try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Everything looks like it should be fine and ran through the checker and that said we should be good however we cannot connect to the internet. Can see it as an option but when you connect to it, it brings up the sky connection diagnostic page. Please could you help sort.</description>
