The best way to check is to look st the lights on your hub (see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start&lt;/A&gt;) which show whether the issue is with the line or in your home network. If your line is dropping repeatedly call Sky to get it checked out. If however it is aWiFi issue in your home thst can be down to inteference shere the best solution is normally to improve the WiFi signal by getting an extender or similar.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My wi fi is keep cutting out , 0% on spin most of the night 31st jan 26 . This wifi is rubbish .</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here. It's went 6 times since 10 PM....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;every time I run a check it says I'm back up and running. I am NOT.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
