&lt;P&gt;Ja e you tried a reboot of your. Road and hub at the mains. Leave it off for 5 minutes before powering it back up again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't bring things back to life was it this line test you ran:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I recently moved address. My sky is saying , there is a problem with your network connection I can't get apps on my sky box. WiFi is working on my mobile phone. But not on my sky Q. Open reach have checked and tested the line and said there are no problems at their end and that I had to contact sky for further help. Please can you help me get this sorted.</description>
