      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to connect to my Citrix | Secure Access work portal, which uses a connection URL. However this connection has not worked with my Sky Broadband in the last few days but works with my hotspot, is this a Sky issue unable to connect to my URL? That's what my IT teams have said and requested I contact my Internet provider for help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
