      <description>Since moving to sky 2 weeks ago my wife has not been able to use zoom on her laptop over wifi. Her laptop does not have an ethernet port. What could be causing this. She is right beside the router and speed checks show good speeds</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4601025"&gt;@kendee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Then you have an account issue, call sky dial 150 from your landline, and have the CS agent set it for you, would suggest you just do disabled on it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shield adjustment is fine, just logged into my account, went to products selected my BB, scrolled down clicked on the BB shield and all the settings popped up for adjusting!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I spoke with sky today. I went through the whole thing again and asked them to disable the broadband shield for me as I can't access it myself. I was told they could not do this, that I should show them a picture of the error message coming up when trying to use zoom and that the problem lies with zoom, not with sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We had no such issues with virgin media. So frustrating as my wife uses zoom a lot for work and what should be a simple fix has been made into a big issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4601025"&gt;@kendee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;How and by what device are you trying to get to your sky account, i just checked again using my laptop, sky.com logged in, selected my products, dropped into broadband devices as i have that and mobile, got an error could not show me all, who cares, down the page selected BB Shield and all open to adjust to whatever i want!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
