So fi won't work, on any device when connecting it states no WiFi signal

Go the same issue. Service checker says all fine but only got two green lights in the box and an orange at the end. Tried restarting and still the same issue.

My WiFi has gone down in the havering area despite the my sky app saying there is no issues.

Same problem in RG17 area wifi is working but unable to connect to internet through the hub

Same here RM3..... Havering ..router has green for power and wi-fi

.. orange for broadband and voice... no landlines either...went off about an hour ago.....

yeah same, my wifi goes down everynight past 2am and has done for the past like 2 weeks now.

I sometimes go down Sundays 1..2 am.. not every time... but usually...

Thought they might be working on it ??

But bin down now for quite a while.. so maybe not. Never bin off this long so...dunno...pain though as I have sky glass so need br..band,..

Any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption. There’s no pre-warning of this. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
