      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called up about the WiFi connection cutting out every couple of hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;it was noted that the problem was with the fibre cable inside my property going into the main hub. Potentially has damage to it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive received a text to say they have fixed it. But no one has attended my house. So this needs to be fixed ASAP I've waiting over 4 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;open reach need to attend my property and come take a look at the fibre glass cable coming into my hub.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
