Router delivered to wrong address

I got notification that my router had been delivered.
It was delivered to the wrong address

I have rang Sky numerous times and get told 2 different things

The first one is, a new router is being sent out. If that's the case, I still have no router.
The 2nd one is..... because the router was sent out and delivered, they can not send another one out

This has been on going since November/December last year

Yes I have checked the address that it was supposed to be delivered to but with just a photo of a front door, it's pretty hard to find but I know it's definitely not my front door .
and calling Sky doesn't help

I'm at a lose end

@Willow28 Sky and the delivery company have to deal with each other, until it is all sorted out between them both your are caught in the middle off it all!

It's happening to me at the moment , i received an email saying it's been delivered and after going through tracking there's a photo of the package but obviously it wasn't delivered to my address, I've been trying to find information but having no luck ,it's ridiculous.
