If so you may need to try calling them another way, what do you see when you look at the sky hub lights! See the link below about that especially if your landline plugs into the back off the sky Hub!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on!
