Wanting to.prder wifi max hub for the fttp 500 broadband but for some reason im stuck with bb boost and will not let me change over to the wifi max hub.. is there a reason for this

@Aleeyah You may have to call sky to do a sky Max upgrade and the addon package if that is what you need, going from a sky Broadband Hub if that is what you have currently, expect to have the £10pcm applied to your package and if sky do allow you to do the change etc!

Thanks , ive called sky numerous times to change over to wifi max hub and they cant do it. Ive to stick with boost. I think there is something wrong with the account.
