We have upgraded our sky package and have now came across we have worse WiFi. When discussing he package upgrade we explained we had a ps5 as well as 6 other people living here using the WiFi. It will not work. We have tried restarting, resetting, turning on and off and this still doesn't improve. Please resolve this

You haven't explained what you mean by "Bad Wifi" so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/improve-the-wi-fi-signal-to-your-devices

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
