It would be a pretty rare fault but given the symptoms I suspect Sky need to swap out the offending box to see if that cures the issue.

Please advise if you can. My broadband drops out every day on all devices (phones, tablets, TV). When it occurs, the only way to reset it is to unplug the Sky Q TV box and plug it back in. Has anyone else had this? And why would the Sky Q box reset this? I am as close to the Router as I am the Sky Q box. This happens several times a day and is breaking me, especially as I work from home. All the Sky tests etc come back good. Please help.

I have had the same issue since July. It happened as soon a I got Fibre. The data light on the wall goes off and knocks out the internet and phone. I've had new hubs multiple visits but no joy. They repeat every test and tell me it's fine but it keeps dropping off. They do nothing to help. They promise to ring back but never do. You can't speak to a manager and just go around in circles. I'm going to the Ombudsman because it's clear that they don't care.
