&lt;P&gt;Openreach reports to Ofcom that they meet this target for around 85% of faults: some can obviously take much longer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been without broadband for 12 days or more and I cannot get through to a person to tell me when the problem is going to be resolved apart from the app saying in 48 hours on a rolling basis.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is is so hard to let people know?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
