My broadband was updated yesterday due to contract and today it keeps losing signal I was told speeds not changed I've got gigblast

@Khulme Due to what on the contract, did you just do a straight speed upgrade from one FF Full Fibre speed to the other, going to FF900 does not mean you can get that if your device is just not capable so dipping is not a good explantation for speed related issues more so if you are trying wireless as the test! For all the Forum knows you are now Focused on this because off your change!

To be honest I at to downgrade some my TV package but my broadband shouldn't have changed apart from I've got a lower price in the new plan. But today it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

@Khulme What are you seeing, linked below for you to look at!

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
