      <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet cut out randomly, i was halfway through discovery+programme!i used sky service checker and it stated i had internet and good connection!!!! I had no internet&amp;nbsp; connection&amp;nbsp; or wififi on phone or tv completely zero! All other linked devices got disconnected too!!&amp;nbsp; sky app is not accurate i had to reset router and go to&amp;nbsp; internet connection in settings on tv and restset can someone tell me why or how this happened?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive got exactly the same problem, it has happened continually over several days this week and cant resolve it this time even with putting password in manually on the screen when trying to reconnect. &amp;nbsp;I will have to go through all the hassle of trying to speak to someone tomorrow &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":tired_face:"&gt;😫&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
