I have a problem with my Internet... it is not fast as it was when I first joined! When streaming live TV, it does take time to start! Connections during the day is cutting and sometimes I face problem to keep my camera on during a call... something I did not experience when I first join and wouldn't expect it from the fastest connection you guys have

@Assij611 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. There are potentially two different issues.

The first is the connection speed to your hub has dropped which isxeasy to check as Sky test that most days. If you run their Service Checker in the My Sky app or website you will see the most recent result click beside that will give you the last 21 days results and details of the guaranteed speed and if there is an issue details of what to do.

The second is thecspeed of the connection between the hub and your devices which if you are using WiFi is outside Sky's control as the main factors arecthe lay out of your home, how it is built and the level of interference. Simply rebooting your Sky hub may help with the interference as when rdbooting the hub will choose the least congested chanbel to use. However you may need to upgradectgeWuFi in your home.
