Your contract doesn't end until you cancel it. It's your discounted minimum term that's ending.

The best new discounts are still normally acquired by contacting Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will require a new 24 month minimum term contract.

Significant discounts are harder to come by these days so if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer is unlikely to be available when you call back. Also remember you’re not a new customer so don’t expect anything close to a new customer deal.

See this link…
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/change-your-package-2-t2#downgrade

If you decide it’s no longer value for money and you’re thinking of changing providers remember that in 18/24 months time you'll be in the same position with that company at which point you'll be able to return to Sky and benefit from the new customer discounts available at that particular time.

You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from your Sky Talk landline.

Unable to order new SKY broadband package.

I have a message from Sky to inform me that my current broadband package is going out of contract.

The message lists options that I can select to carry on the contract. When I click the "Find out more" link for the package I want, I am redirected to a web page on the Sky website that shows me the details of that package.

However, after about 3 - 5 seconds the page crashes out with this message...

"Technical error

It’s not you, it’s us. Try refreshing the page. Or use the link below to start again."

I simply cannot get passed this page to make the order.

So I thought I would ring the Sky to ask someone for help, and quickly realised that getting a telephone number is almost impossible.

What the heck am I supposed to do now? I do not want to leave it, since by default I will be moved onto the more expensive broadband package.

Is there a telephone number I can call please?
