Checck that the green fibre plug is secure if it is and the line is still down after an hour runnthe Service Checker in the My Sky app using a mobile connection. Thstvshould have picked up the lost connection and run you through some tests before offering to book an engineer to sort tge issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The WiFi is not working the fiberoptic box has a red light on it and the WiFi box also has a red light on, I have tried reset this but it has still failed to work, it has been down for about an hour</description>
