@Hasan7 Sky want you to use their online tools before calling them so numbers only appear after you reaxh the end of a help journey. If you have a phone connected to the Sky Talk line which comes with everySky Broadband connection dial 150 for a free call.

First point is double check you are not misreading the passcode as Sky use both the numbers 1 & 0 as well as the letters I,l and O and its easy to misread them. If you are not as well as telling the phonectonforger the connection power them down fully and then reboot them as that clears the memory location used to store WiFi passcodes completely.

Hi,

I have been using the Sky broadband for two years. Just recently/suddenly I have found that thay 2 of my mobile phones are not getting connected to the wifi with correct wifi passcode and they show the message "SKY....request has been rejected". My other two devices laptop and other mobile phone are ok. I have tried the followong things but neither worked:

1) Set forget network and tried to reconect with passcode

2) Reset mobile network setting

As I find, Sky likes to be hidden with no specific contact details and I could not find out any solution of this.
