      <description>&lt;P&gt;The TV is on and showing sky in the centre. No buttons will work on the control and there is a button on the sky feed saying los. I have no idea what l can do other than switch everything off and switch it back on again which l have now done twice. What more can l do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
