I have scheduled to have an engineer visit on 29 Jan 2026 to upgrade my broadband to fibre, then out of nowhere, I received an email from SKy that there will be an engineer visit on 2 Jan 2026 , which is the time when i was overseas. I then told Sky i won't be at home on 2 jan 2026 as I will be overseas. Sky then cancel my 29 Jan 2026 appointment said I requested it. How ridiculous this is?
