There are many possible causes especially if you still have a partial fibre connection. Whether Sky can get Openreach to check your line will depend on the number of drops and how long they have been going on as the partial fibre lines run an automatic DLM system which attempts to stabilise the connection by reducing the speed slightly each night until the connection is stable. Openreach do not intervene until that process has not worked.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively you can run the Service Checker in the My Sky app to see if that offers to book an engineer after taking you throughsome checks. Dont be too surprised if the checker has not picked up the fault as it will miss events of less than an hour.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
