You can swap the two power supplies over and return the old one with the spare hub - irs up to you if you want to switch the hub or not Sky wont care. There will bea label to return the equipment at no cost to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need a replacement router power supply. How difficult is that there is nowhere on this site to order a replacement everything is designed to get you to buy more sky services. All I want to do is talk to someone to get a new supply. The virtual assistant is worse than useless. Why is such a simple request so difficult. I'm using a temp supply but need the approved sky one. Will someone from sky please read this message and sort my rather simple problem that can't be resolved in a chat forum&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
