      <description>&lt;P&gt;He said that by were changing copper cables to high fibre for sky//EE customers. My sky phone runs on bt line. But then he asked for my mobile phone so he could do a speed check to see whether I have copper cable. Sounded strange so I said no.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
