    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4159964"&gt;@Soupstone&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Correct, best left in the hands of an OR Engineer to check your connection out and find what is causing the speed/instability issue on a copper connection by the sounds off what you have, yes normally they work from the home backwards for testing, may be the Engineer got tied up and did not get to you, but look out from sky messaging you to do another appointment if that is the case!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Broadbands been really slow/failing, they're now telling me 10 MBPS is above the minimum they guaranteed me (guarantee was 24mbps).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Claimed an "engineers" been out to fix it, make sure we're home 13:00 till 18:00 as they'll need access to the property, no sign of them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Just a rant as they pointed me towards the community when the community can do hee haw to fix our issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
