    <description>I have an open reach box fitted to my wall connected to my sky hub via an ethernet cable only. No purple DSL cable in the purple connector as I don't have one. The open reach box has a green light for power and Lan red light for Lan and no light for pon? It just lost all connection with no interference. First issue since install</description>
