I have had a great experience with my Sky Fibre service since moving into my house in Taunton (TA1 postcode). Always had a solid 200MB D/L.

Today it's down in the mid 20's 😞

sky website says my service is fine but obviously it's not. My set up (router, wifi network and location I work from and the kit I use hasn't changed overnight)

what can I do?

Ideas please
