all devices at home having intermittent connection problems, wifi seems to drop out and comes back a minute or so later, sometimes dozens of times a day. However, all 4 LEDs on sky router and 3 LEDs on the fibre optic connection box are always green and on. Sometimes some devices remain connected to the wifi and working ok, when other devices lose connection. Best example of this is two ipads next to each other, one contantly connects and the other works intermittently. BUT mostly all devices drop in and out all day, which is driving us crazy.

hi, to help you understand, i am in a new build and my router is centrally located. When all is working well i get i can see full bars on wifi signal on my ipad or iphone then without moving the Ipad or Iphone the signal dissapears (no wifi bars) for 10 secs or so then comes to full wifi bars again. So im not convinced i need an extender. Appreciate any other advice.

@Steve696 Can you look at the link below, and see if you can do it, allow the data to fill in for a minute or so capture the table and post it up, may allow a look at your hub to what is going on. It's possible your Hub wifi is folding away and dropping all your devices, but confusing as you say some then all etc... Hopefully it is not an ios issue, do you have another device sitting same point for the disappearing bars!

How to read your Sky Hub statistics
