In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes.

I have same issue on a new install 8th January. Have sky talk. Broadband and tv. The Broadband keeps dropping out. Have spent over 5 hours on the phone to sky trying to resolve. Its not a WiFi issue as phone and stream are hard wired to router. If I can't resolve issue by Friday think I will have to cancel.
