      <description>&lt;P&gt;New broadband user ff. need Network name as still old network showing. &amp;nbsp;Despite reading a million times it's on the router it's not. &amp;nbsp;Beginning to wonder if I should have changed from Plusnet. Also need Some number&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4590479"&gt;@Katecoin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you have Sky Q boxes then you will still see the old network name ignore that you need the new one. If Sky have swapped a white Sky Max hub for a new one they will have applied a switch somthe network details matched the old hub simplifying the change over so it should be plug and play.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
