    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4590246"&gt;@Summersun1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if it is literally the TV not even showing an error screen from the Q mini it is not a broadband issue either you have the wrong input on the TV selected or the Q mini is dead. If however you are getting a message like no satellite signal power down the Q mini and the Q miain box by disconnecting the power then restart the main box oncec that is fully restarted then start the Q mini. There was an &amp;nbsp;incident over thecweekend at Sky's end which confused the boxes which need to be restarted as explained to get them connected.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are having similar problem, we have a main SkyQ box and two mini boxes in other rooms, one of the Mini boxes will not connect to the TV despite numerous attempts, Broadband and WiFi show as working&lt;/P&gt;</description>
