      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4590182"&gt;@Gaz110&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you are not talking to Sky but the flashing green light shows the hub is trying to connect to the exchange but failing to do so. If t he connection has been down for morevthan a few miuntes run the Service Checker in the My Sky app over a mobille connection if it jas picked up,the lost connection then itvwill,walk younthrough some steps before offering to book an engineer. If it tells you everything is good it simply has not picked up the issue in which case wait until it does or call Sky if you orefer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
