      <title>WiFi issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am new to sky and unfortunately twice today our WiFi has cut out. Once causing me issues whilst working from home. The 2nd time being this evening and its currently still not working. So not only are all of our devices not able to connect to the internet through the WiFi our tv isn't working either. I've checked on my account and everything is supposedly good but that's obviously not the case. What else can be done please to resolve this. Not a good start to our experience with sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
