Xbox upnp white router

Sons Xbox keeps throwing him out of certain games online.

We have a white router only installed December.

Xbox keeps saying upnp unsuccessful.

NAT type moderate.

I've looked on forums, have tried the enabl disabled then enable upnp and restarted in correct order but still shows same.

How can I get it to NAT type open and upnp successful??

@Clbar UPnP is configurable on the white hub but the setting is not in the app but in the web interface see UPnP set up

You can sign into the hub and enable it as it sometimes turns off after updates, but usually if its on in hub just clear the mac address on console then check the NAT type this should refresh it.
