No broadband in lots of Cornwall since Thursday. No communication from sky! Open Reach Engineer appointment still not even showing a date despite being booked on Thursday. Can't speak to anyone at sky. Really terrible service. As a minimum they should be sending txt msgs to customers. Don't they have 4G dongles they can send customers.

@Dan266 major storms causing red weather warnings cause havoc With the best will in the world nobody can tell you when your line will be restored. Every Openreach engineer will be working to get lines back and they are likely to have brought enginerrs in from across the South West if not further. They will fix high priority users first as domestic customers we have the lowest priority..

Sky are very inlikely to know anything more and every isp will be in the same position. It isnt bad service it is reality.
