Thank you for replying. All tests show that there are no issues. I'll have to phone Sky and see what they can do.
Thanks.

And this is his domain! So....

I have full broadband and WiFi - apparently it's all working fine (according to Sky diagnostics) but my sky box and none of my home devices can connect to it. All lights are on the broadband box. All was fine yesterday morning and problems started last night. I have rebooted the router and unplugged everything and plugged it back in. What else can I do? It's driving me insane and nothing works in my house now... kids are
Hubby is in ICU at the mo so can't

@Rob8a

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them so they can look into this for you.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________
