Internet speeds

I'm on the 1gb plan with wifi boosters for the last week or so at peak times especially our Internet has been terrible dropping to speeds less than 1mb, tonight is 2.4mb, I've been regularly screen shotting these speeds from the service checker over the last 5 days and it's constantly doing this for hours at a time sometimes. But it says everything looks good which it obviously doesn't this is no where near the 600mb minimum guarantee, I've rung and it's told me to do the service checker but that's all it says

@Laurastew92 Outside the peak times is the speed fine?

Sorry i didn't see this, constantly throughout the day everyday, just dropping in and out but stays low at peak times, Last week on service checker it came up outage in our area from the 5th December but this only showed last week, I finally spoke to sky last night and they are investigating

You can wait if you wish on the outcome off what sky does checking your system!
