I was in this chat. It didn't help. And recommended calling. I already wrote about the phone above. It's a vicious circle. At first I wanted to just replace the Sky Hub because it wasn't working properly. But after trying to find contacts, I just want to cancel their service.

Sky Hub don't work Half of my devices cannot connect to the router. And those devices that are connected don't work stably and periodically disconnect. I had to replace Sky Hub with an ASUS RT-AX57. Now all devices connect. Please ask SKY to collect your Sky Hub. It is not working.

Sky only take back the Hub at the end off a contract when you leave them!

Thanks for the advice. But I don't know where to report it. The office gave me a phone number to report the problem, but I don't understand English well on the phone. And this method doesn't work for me.

You only need a sky Hub if you have an issue on the connection as that is the only Hub that they can check so it will be insisted that it is connected back up!

https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Moving-Home/m-p/5080372
