      <title>Very poor coverage over Christmas</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since a long &amp;nbsp;time before Christmas we have been experiencing slow internet speed on both wireless and hardwired devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;having spent quite a while in the never ending 'check&amp;nbsp;this, check that' loops it has no effect. So I am currently &amp;nbsp;researching for an alternative provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no matter what checks I run, your system are more like an animation that an actual check.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;have followed all advice and instructions but our internet freezes and slows down randomly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;if you have any quick fixes I am prepared to try them, if not I will be looking elsewhere&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I pay for full 900, but over the Christmas period over 50% of the time it was 0, as no devices could connect enough to even register on either ookla speed test or enough connection to connect t mysky even.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;turning WiFi off and on again on a device ''sometimes' gave 30 seconds+- usually not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then occasionally I would get 300-400 proving there was a connection available&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do ethernet devices suffer the issues of not being able to connect at all or is it just WiFi?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
