Keep losing Internet connection cannot watch my TV as it's all through the Internet have rang Sky numerous of times about this problem. It's been ongoing since October need help

Nothing told me to wait till February to get fiber fitted it's a joke not even reducing my bill

@whinmill What is it you are looking for, getting a FTTP installed for FF Broadband is just not a click off the fingers and it get's done!

Didn't say it was! just a joke when you are paying for a service that your not getting won't send anyone out to look because Fiber is being fitted in feb

@whinmill You have probably been given the first available date when it is possible to get a FF Full Fibre install done, as to what is wrong on your original connection you do not say, or any reason why you are not getting an Engineer to look at what you have or wither it was deemed to be sufficient enough to get you through until your new broadband get's installed, it's a catch 22 at present trying to keep what is going working or cross that line to replace with new!
