    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just had a new city fibre box installed and had no issues for about 4 hours. Now it says my connection has dropped. I can still connect to my WiFi but with no internet access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The city fibre box is missing its service light that should be on but the rest seem to be working. Have tried resetting and following instructions but no luck&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
