    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4580555"&gt;@Nawaba1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the ONT (not really a modem but does a similar job) is showing it isnt receiving an optical signal. Asuuming the green fibre pigtail cable is not lose you need to call Sky as it requires Openreach or City Fibre to check what is wrong and fix it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;LOS = Loss Of Signal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Everything was working fine all of a sudden the internet went down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the fiber cable going into the openreach modem that connects to the Sky router via Ethernet cable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The LOS red light is on the openreach modem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
