You can run some checks yourself the lights on the hub will show if the briadband connection is dropping (see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start&lt;/A&gt;) if they dont change the issue is most likely poor WiFi in the room you are working in. Teams requires a steady connection rather than a fast one so improving wifi perhaps by adding a booster which can come with Sky's WiFi Max add-on might help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our Internet keeps dropping out, especically when using teams and other work related systems - It self rights, but then happens again. Can someone please look into it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
