    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since having sky I have not been able to use it at all as I had an engineer coming out in December but I was at work so I had to cancel it. I now need to reschedule as my bill is overdue but I haven't even used anything because it doesn't work in my flat&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You need to pay what you owe, setup a new direct debit and then speak to Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What is exactly wrong if you have an idea, then you can say on the Forum!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
