    <description>For over a month now, every night around 19.00 we can't watch the tv because it keeps on freezing. We changed the router, still waiting for an engineer to come but nothing changed. It feels like a big bad joke and nobody cares about it.</description>

Where you can stream for most of the day but hit issues in the evening the issue is most likely to be interference. This can be caused by a neighbour's network being using the same or adjacent channel or be caused by your own electrical equipment. The former can often be sorted temporarily by rebooting your Sky hub as when restarting it will use the laest congested WiFi channel. The long term solution is improving the WiFi signal reaching your streaming device or ideally using Ethernet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
