      <title>Poor connection in certain room on a certain device</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the sky hub max but ever since I've had it, &amp;nbsp;it doesn't seem to connect my daughters device and will jump in and out of connection. This only happens in a certain room. How do I find out if I can get a WiFi pod extender? I've checked the broadband connection and it says everything connects fine but this is not true. I'm struggling to navigate on how to request a the sky pod extender!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
