No master phone socket

I have moved into a council property and there seems to be no master phone socket! What do I do? Do I need this for sky wifi? Appreciate any advice as I'm clueless, unfortunately!

@TD93 If there is no Openreach/City Fibre line Sky can probably arrange to have one fitted but check with the council if they still own the property as they will need to give permission before the work is done.
